Going to famous places surrounded by our beautiful nature is what I love to do. One day I woke up and feeling like I want to go to Kamay ni Hesus at Lucban, Quezon since I always hear it from my friends. I want to see its famous Noah's Ark, the Station of the Cross and Angel's Hill. I also wanted to taste some delicacies from Lucban like Pancit Habhab, tikoy na dilaw, longganisa, yema cake and okoy.
From Festival Mall, Alabang (main entrance) they have a terminal going to Kamay ni Hesus. The schedule of van's departure starts from 9:00 in the morning and the ride will cost you Php 180.00. During your travel, the van has 1 stop over at Nagcarlan UV Express Terminal. At the end of the trip, the van will stop you in front of Kamay ni Hesus gate.
Upon entering the gate, you will see statues of different saints and images. They also have the church where healing mass of its Parish priest Rev. Fr. Joseph "Joey" Faller. On its sides you will the the garden of Eden and Noah's Ark. On the other side where there is a hill, they put up the Angel's Hill and Station of the Cross where in each station was placed around the hill making it longer to finish and just right for devotees to take their time in meditating. Upon reaching its peak, you will the the image of Jesus on His arms wide open as if inviting people to come to him. Also, looking from its highest place, you will have a good view of Lucban. A vast of greeneries-field and trees.
The Noah's Ark is a social hall open for reservations of groups who wish to have recollection, retreat, meetings or seminars, and it is also open for people who want to stay overnight and want to attend the healing mass. After strolling around, the church has stores where you can buy food and souvenir items.
If you are a foodie go to the market of Lucban and taste their Pancit Habhab wherein you will eat the noodles from a banana leaf without using fork. It will only cost you Php 10.00 per order. Their okoy which tastes really good costs only Php 15.00 per piece and Lucban Longganisa which complements best with vinegar.

There is no one ride from Kamay ni Hesus back to Alabang but you can have its alternative route. First, go to the market of Lucban and ride a van going to Calamba bus terminal. This will cost Php 120.00 and from the bus terminal, they have buses going to Starmall Alabang. The fare amounts to Php 60.00. Just be sure that you will arrive at the Lucban market before 4:00 pm since it is the schedule of last trip.
Going to Lucban is not as costly as it seems and not as difficult if you're going to commute... Bon voyage! :)
